My approach is personalized, integrative, and intuitive, grounded in a mind-body-spirit philosophy that values both science and soul. 


Drawing from the principles of post-modern nutrition, and moving beyond one-size-fits-all dietary models.


We explore what nourishment means for you—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This means tuning into your body’s signals, honouring your unique constitution, and replacing rigid rules with empowered, embodied choices.

Through the lens of modern applied psychology, we gently bring awareness to subconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, and mental-emotional blocks. Together, we cultivate clarity, resilience, and a mindset aligned with your values and vision.

Whether we’re working on your relationship with food, emotional well-being, life direction, or simply reconnecting with yourself—all sessions are centered around you: your lived experience, your pace, and your truth.

Rooted in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, we work together to rediscover balance through daily rhythms (dinacharya) and seasonal alignment (ritucharya). We explore digestion not just as a physical process, but as the way we metabolise life—our food, thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I’ll be there to guide you, challenge you when needed, and cheer you on. You’ll have tools, strategies, and consistent support—and just as importantly, space to be human, to slow down, to breathe, to remember your own wisdom—and to rewrite the story of wellness on your own terms.

As the Charak Samhita reminds us:
Swasthasya swasthya rakshanam” — True health is not merely the absence of disease, but the harmony of body, mind, and spirit.
